1 kg chicken or meat
Minced:
7 shallots
5 cloves garlic
1/2 inches ginger
3 lemon grass
10 dried chilies - blend
2 curry leaves
5cloves
1 1/2 inches cinnamon
3 star anise
1 cup thick coconut milk
3 tablespoon thick soya sauce
1 cup oil
salt to taste
Method:
1. Stir fry the minced ingredients.
2. Add chilies and meat.
3. Cook it till tender. Add all spices and curry leaves.
4. Pour the coconut milk, soya sauce and salt. Boil for a few minutes.
